Research Description: Development of Breath Acetone Sensor towards Non-invasive Diabetic Monitoring
We are developing a portable gas sensor to measure breath acetone concentration for non-invasive diabetic monitoring. Such sensors should have the sensitivity of sub-ppm level, fast response time and good selective against water and other gases in breath. The long-term plan is to combine breath sensors with data science to provide accurate monitoring for individual patients.
