* These runs are very uncommonly submitted. If you wish to run them, you should submit enough lanes to fill a full flow cell (8 lanes or multiples of 8 for multiple flow cells). Submissions that are not in multiples of 8 are unlikely to have all of the lanes sequenced in a timely manner.
** Rapid runs are uncommonly submitted. If you wish to run them, you can either choose to submit enough lanes to fill a full flow cell (2 lanes or multiples of 2 for multiple flow cells) or choose to run one sample in both lanes (1 sample/flow cell) using the HiSeq 2500's on-board clustering.
